The room was spacious and comfortable, with two televisions and three balconies, which was a unique feature. the cleaning service was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, and there was no soundproofing, so we could hear a lot of noise from outside and from other guests. the cleanliness of the room was also disappointing, as there was a lot of dust and the TV remote control was dirty.

Convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and cafes. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Great for disabled guests.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, as we were within walking distance to all the major sites in the city, while being in a peaceful area. The staff at the reception desk were excellent- always genuinely trying to assist. Our room was so comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free toiletries, a mini-bar, and a patio. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.

Needless to say, we highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this venue.
