The room was spacious and comfortable, with two televisions and three balconies, a unique feature. The cleaning service was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, and there was no soundproofing, so we could hear a lot of noise from outside and from other guests. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing, as there was a lot of dust and the TV remote control was dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus lines, making it easy to explore the city. The staff provided really good assistance with travel arrangements and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood is fantastic, with charming pastry shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants just across the street. The hotel offers terrific value for the quality of accommodations and service. I would highly recommend Hotel Infantas By Mij for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Madrid.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a stylish restaurant with beautifully decorated tables. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, including historical sites and museums. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city and attend events at the Bernabéu.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, as we were within walking distance to all the major sites in the city, while being in a peaceful area. The staff at the reception desk were excellent- always genuinely trying to assist. Our room was so comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free toiletries, a mini-bar, and a patio. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
Needless to say, we highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this venue.
